The online application system opened on Tuesday 7th September and detailed information about the admissions process is available online at the links below or on request from the School Admissions Team.
The deadline for Reception and Junior applications is 15th January 2022. (The application window for secondary is now closed).
It's extremely important parents/carers name more than one preference in their application - this will NOT prejudice your chance of securing a place at your child's preferred school. Please apply before the deadline as late applications may mean your preferred school/s are already full. Also remember to check your eligibility for Home to School Transport before naming your preferences.

Parents/carers of children with an EHC Plan do not need to apply – you will be contacted by the Statutory SEN Service this autumn term.
Deferred/Delayed Admission to Reception Year
The majority of children start school full-time in the September following their fourth birthday. However, in some cases parents believe that starting part-time or starting later in the school year would be more appropriate for their child, particularly where their child was born prematurely and would otherwise have been due to start school a year later.
Parents can speak to the Family Information Service on 0800 587 8191 for advice and request a meeting with the head of the school where they have been allocated, or are hoping to gain, a place.
