Academy Improvement Lead

Aspire Academy Trust, a partnership of 37 Cornish primary schools, seeks to appoint a permanent Academy Improvement Lead.

We are committed to the professional development of all of our staff. Consequently, we are looking to appoint an Academy Improvement Lead to work within our established and talented Education Team.  We need a proven leader and manager who has successfully led and sustained educational initiatives over groups of schools. 

The Academy Improvement Lead will take responsibility for: 

• The performance management of Heads Of School and members of the Academy Improvement Team 

• Coaching and mentoring the above 

• Leading the Trust assessment cycle and associated activities
