Digital Learning Cornwall.Chromebooks continue to be extremely well-received in primary classrooms, with their speed of web access and range of quick, useful tools. This morning course will take you through Google Classroom and other free web-based software, showing you the best ways to integrate Chromebook use with learning in and out of the classroom. Tapestry morning for Leadership staff and SENDCOs. Digital Learning Cornwall.An increasing number of early years settings are benefiting from the time and cost savings offered by Tapestry online learning journals.  This morning course will bring senior leadership staff and SENDCOs up-to-date with the various ways that Tapestry can be used in your educational setting. Accessing acounts and analysis options will be covered in detail, as well as controlling user and parent accounts / permissions. Data generation and transference between systems will also be covered. Aspire Admin NetworkThese whole day meetings are for all Aspire Admin to network and share good practice as well as get the latest news on safeguarding, Health and Safety, HR, ICT, finance, premises and more. Agendas are circulated prior to each meeting and we welcome attendance from admin with different responsibility to different parts of the meeting.  Lunch will be provided. Please detail any special dietary requirements when reserving a place. *Please note that if using a Sat Nav please follow the postcode PL25 4EJ.  There are a limited number of parking spaces on site for the Conference Centre. Many spaces belong to businesses on the Business Park and are therefore reserved for them. Wellbeing from the Roots UpMorning Session  9:00am – 9:30 Arrival 9:30am – Introduction to Character Education & virtues 9:45am – 12:30am - Interactive workshop & group activaties focusing on Character Education and Virtues with all Wellbeing champions. (During the morning session there will be a break for tea and coffee for about 15 minutes) • Exploring different character qualities in more depth. • Introducing Character Coaching through language to support children’s self esteem, confidence and wellbeing. • Reflective opportunities for learning, an approach to renaming and reframing different situations focusing on Character and Virtues. • Applying clear boundaries and linking these to Character & Virtues to develop a positive approach to conflict and challenging situations. • Creating a culture of Character and Virtues in your school – Throughout the day I will be introducing ideas on how character and Virtues links into and adds another layer to your curriculum and daily classroom life. 12:30 – 1:30 – Lunch Afternoon Session  1:30pm – 2:15pm – Everyone will be split into two groups.  Group 1 – Creative workshop.  Group 2 – Reflective workshop 2:15 – 2:45 – Refreshment break 2:45pm – 3:30pm – Groups 1 and 2 will swap around to complete the other activity. 3:30 – 4:00pm - Final discussions, review and reflect.09/07/2019 - 09/07/19

Team Teach RefresherPlease ensure the booking is made in the name of the person attending and that they have a Team Teach certificate which will be in date on the date of the refresher, attendees with out of date certificates will not be able to take part in the training. Attendees to bring their own lunch, refreshments will be available. Bookings for Team Teach training will be closed three weeks prior to the training taking place as the attendee list must be sent to Team Teach at least two weeks before training.
