Senior Leadership Training - 2 daysAttendance should be either Head teachers, Heads of School or senior leaders who are able to make decisions for whole school implementation. It will run over two days, 19th and 20th June at the St Austell Business Park (SAT NAV postcode - PL25 4EJ)  The course is being led by Julie Harmieson, who many of you know from her previous role as Thrive Regional Development Manager for the South West. Julie is currently working at Penryn Primary Academy to develop a positive whole school approach to behaviour and emotional support for children. We are very fortunate to have this opportunity with Julie, as a recognised expert in this area, to deliver free training for all senior leaders. Opportunities for this level of expert training do not come along very often.  Over the two days, Julie will give you an in depth understanding of the underpinning theories and their practical application in the school’s environment. Much of the content is brand new and updated with recent research.  The aim of this course is to provide a cost-effective alternative to existing approaches, to ensure effective whole school support for those vulnerable children in our schools. Also help to ensure that all our schools are happy, safe and emotionally healthy places for all the children.  It would also be a useful refresher for senior leaders who have already attended Thrive training and there is plenty of additional/new learning within the content.  However, this is NOT Thrive Training and it would not fulfil the CPD requirements should a licenced practitioner attend. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS WHEN BOOKING YOUR PLACE 19/06/2017 - 20/06/17
