We work in partnership with Cornwall SCITT as our accredited provider, meaning our trainees have access to their excellent training and skilled tutors, as well as quality support, experience and training with our own teachers and experts.
Key Information
- Full-time postgraduate fee-funded training in partnership with Cornwall SCITT as the accredited provider.
- Duration – one year (September-July)
- Course: Primary (5-11)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with PGCE
- Fees: £9,535
- 1.5 hours of mentoring each week
- ‘Blocked’ programme:
- Time in school or for centre-based training is in blocks - full weeks are spent either in school or off-site for training. Some weeks are split between time in school and training (which takes at both Bodmin and Truro).
- Termly placements in Aspire Academy Trust Schools covering KS1 and lower and upper key stage two.
