Teaching Assistants - Cubert Primary School
Cubert School is looking to appoint nurturing, enthusiastic and aspirational Teaching Assistants to support pupils across the school, including those with special educational needs.
We are a small, welcoming school at the heart of Cubert village, with a strong sense of community and a commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive. Our pupils are central to everything we do, and we pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos and positive relationships with families.
We are currently awaiting our next Ofsted inspection and are seeking dedicated staff who are excited by the opportunity to join us on this journey, contributing to our continued development and success.

- Are caring, inclusive and committed to supporting all children, including those with SEND
- Work well as part of a team and use their initiative
- Can motivate and inspire pupils to achieve their best
- Are adaptable, positive and open to new ideas
- Have strong communication and organisational skills

There are two Teaching Assistant positions available, working 30 hours per week, term time plus two INSET days, on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027.
