EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher - Cubert Primary School
Cubert School is seeking to appoint a nurturing, enthusiastic and aspirational Class Teacher to join our team, teaching in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
We are a small, welcoming school in the heart of Cubert village, with a strong community spirit and a commitment to ensuring every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive. Our pupils are at the centre of everything we do, and we take pride in our inclusive ethos and the strong partnerships we build with families.
We are currently awaiting our next Ofsted inspection and are looking for a committed teacher who will play a key role in continuing to strengthen our provision and securing the very best outcomes for our children.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a caring, reflective practitioner with consistently high expectations for all pupils
- Has a secure understanding of effective EYFS or KS1 pedagogy
- Can deliver engaging, purposeful and well-sequenced learning experiences
- Is fully committed to inclusion and meeting the needs of all learners
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to their own professional development and to evidence-informed practice
- Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider life of the school
- Is motivated, adaptable and keen to take an active role in school improvement
