Pastoral Support Advisor - Penryn Primary Academy

The well-being of pupils and staff is at the heart of our day-to-day work.
Penryn Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Pastoral Support Advisor. This is a key role within our school and the successful candidate will be a vital link between the school and our community. They will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, and work with external professionals and agencies to support the families of pupils that require support. In addition to this, they will be part of the school’s safeguarding team and chair weekly welfare meetings.

The successful candidate will be required to work 36.25 hours per week, term time plus two INSET days on a permanent basis.
