KS1 Teacher - Bude Primary Academy - Infants
Bude Primary Academy is a collaboration of two vibrant and happy schools located on the North Cornish coast.
We treat all our pupils as individuals, encouraging each child to flourish in their own capacity through exciting and inspirational curriculum provision. Our play to learn ethos is strong and pupils are encouraged to learn whilst outdoors as much as possible. Pupils are encouraged to live healthy lives, with support and nurture from their educational environment and our constant strive to improve ourselves and our school.
Bude Primary Academy – Infants is on a journey of rapid improvement. We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Year 2 teacher. You must be a team player and have a ‘can do’ attitude. We require an inclusive and nurturing professional who can demonstrate good classroom management, plan effective and appropriate lessons with clear differentiation so all pupils are fully engaged in their learning. You will need to demonstrate your strengths and we will ask for examples of topics or lessons which have been particularly successful.
Knowledge of Read Write Inc and Curriculum Maestro would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be required to work 1.0FTE on a fixed term basis until 31st December 2020.
The proposed interview date will be during the week commencing 19th October 2020
