Aspire Academy Trust seeks to appoint a permanent Head of School for Bude Primary Academy - Juniors from January 2021.
Bude Primary Academy (BPA) is a partnership of separate two-form entry Junior and Infant schools, with an ARB, who work closely together to serve the Bude community. The two schools are side by side opposite the school field with a sea view!
The Trust seeks candidates with significant senior leadership experience in KS2 and a proven track-record of raising standards especially for disadvantaged pupils. The Junior school is on a rapidly improving trajectory which the successful candidate will need to continue through further developing consistent quality first teaching and the effective use of assessment for learning.
