Governance Officer - Core Services Team

Our organisation is seeking a systematic, motivated and resilient person to be responsible for providing guidance and support to the Board and their committees on all aspects of governance and to ensure they conduct their proceedings in accordance with the prescribed constitutional frameworks, its articles, funding agreements and other charity, company and education rules and regulations. 

Aspire Academy Trust has academies in all areas of Cornwall ranging from Bude to St Uny. The role is a peripatetic function so access to transport is essential along with a flexible approach to working. 

This is a permanent position for 37 hours per week, term time plus five INSET days.
