Best Practice: Research and Evidence-based CPD

BestpracticeResearch and evidence-based continuing professional development is crucial to ensuring best practice, ultimately offering the best education for our children. Aspire Teaching Trust offer a selection of professional development opportunities that are open to teaching and non-teaching staff from any school – not just those in Aspire Academy Trust.

We ensure that the best teachers and leaders are delivering high-quality professional development; we can tailor courses to meet the needs of schools, also offering coaching and mentoring to ensure effective implementation. The impact of professional development is evaluated to ensure maximum value and effective implementation.

Leadership development and leaders at every level is something that we are extremely passionate about. Identifying strengths and qualities in individuals to help them to fulfil leadership roles in the future is a key part of this. We are committed to developing future leaders including helping more women and leaders from black and minority ethnic backgrounds to become senior leaders. As part of our wider Trust, we have built strategic governance and partnerships to ensure our leadership development is of the highest quality.
