Teaching Assistant SEND - One to one - Bugle School

Bugle School need a caring, committed person to support a hearing impaired child in Y5 on a full-time basis. You will need to be qualified in BSL Level 3, or Level 2 with a commitment to completing the Level 3 training. The successful candidate will have experience of working on a 1:1 basis with pupils with additional needs. Enjoying being part of a team is a must!  

For this role, the greater majority of the time / role will be to provide interactive communication support within the classroom in order to support the inclusion of the pupil to access the curriculum and wider learning of the school day, and to work on specific listening and language development activities throughout the day. The successful candidate will be working throughout the day using sign and/or other visual communication techniques.

The successful applicant will be required to work 32 hours per week, term time plus INSET days on a permanent basis.
